Tonight is THE night.....We are going to the 12:01am showing of New Moon. And we are catching the replay of Twilight on the big screen at 9pm. So...today we took he opportunity to celebrate this occasion!! Katharyne(my co-worker and fellow Twilight fan) and I decided to make a few snacks. We made Chex Mix Werewolf Kibble......and it's soooo yummy. 
And of course, I HAD to make cupcakes.....
I will report back this weekend on my thoughts of the movie and the experience as a whole. Can't wait....30 more minutes and we are headed out!!

Seriously, I was RIGHT there with you on my 12:01 showing of New Moon. I have been a Team Jacob fan since the New Moon book, but I was a little jaded because by the time I started reading, the characters had already been cast and the only pictures I had in my mind were those of Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner.
With that being said, it's not that I don't love Edward, because I do. And I do think he's hot on screen. However, there's SOMETHING about Jacob's tenacity that I love. Well, that and he's a man's man. Ok, who am I kidding, Taylor Lautner's hot.
One of my (11-year old) students said it best when she said, "In the book, love Edward. In the movie, I love Jacob." So smart. So young.
Though I do have to say, as hot as I thought Taylor was before this movie came out, I NEVER in my boy-crazy mind thought that he would look as RIDICULOUS as he did on that big screen. I could not concentrate on the scene every time he was on the screen with his shirt off. My friend said I was literally biting my finger and making "oh my god" noises. I don't remember anything past his abs. And his shoulders. And his back.
I think there's something wrong with me. I'm 31-years old.
That's VERY well put..haha...and if there is something wrong with you, then there is something wrong with me...I am also 31 and thinking a 17yr old is soooo hot!!
