So this past weekend, I helped my sister move to Edmond. My mom and niece joined in on the trip to help out. Well, my mom helped, my niece did nothing but sleep..lol. Saturday was a very long day but we got things done, or as much as we could since the movers didn't grace us with their presence until about 9pm! But they unloaded quick and we all helped keep the kiddos out of things...but they were curious! They are a blast to be around and very funny for a 4yr. old and 2 yr. old. Sunday we got the kitchen and most of the living roomput together before we rolled out at 3:15pm. It is exactly 210 miles and 3 hours and 10 min. from my drive way to hers.....seems like a ways but it's not too bad. The ride is pretty boring but it beats the 7 hours and 400+ miles to get to Corpus Christi where she used to live. It will be nice having them closer for the next 4 years......then off to where ever the Navy sends them..... :( So, I will make as many trips as I can and make it worth while!
