Ice Ice Baby

Today's weather is just icky!! It's cold and temps are dropping into the 20's for a high....It is misty and they predict ice starting in the afternoon into tomorrow morning. So, there is nothing really to blog about today. I woke up with a massive headache from clenching my teeth last night....It's an ongoing problem for me. I do it all day long. If I catch myself then I stop...if not then It turns into a headache. I had a night guard that I would wear at night. Well, I was taking it out while I was still asleep. And I had no idea I was doing it until the next morning...so It defeated the purpose. So, until I find another alternative I am stuck with pretty much daily headaches. I get them so frequent that I am surprised if I don't have them. But some days are worse than others...and today is one of those!
