Yesterday, when I vented about the NKOTB cruise on my blog I had no idea.....that when you google NKOTB Cruise, my blog would pop up! LOL.....I had 8....count them 8 comments about that entry. That is the most I have ever had about a post. Usually no one comments....so I am not even sure people read this thing. But yesterday, I KNOW they did...haha! Hopefully, they saw something they liked and will continue to follow the blog the stumbled upon while FREAKING out over NKOTB and there poorly planned cruise!!
I mean, It would be fun to go....but I am not wasting my hard earned money on that! I AM GOING TO NYC!!!!! That is so much more of a dream come true to me.... I love them guys but NY is ME!!!! I soooo desperately want to be a New Yorker one day.....It's a goal that one day, even if I am 60 when I get there, that I want to accomplish!!
The cheapest cabin on the cruise is like $750.....and that's per person....doesn't include port fees, the cost of flying to Miami, passport fees, and extra cash you will need. One of the most expensive is $3200....and I think I saw a few for $5000!! Sorry, but I am not going to be stuck on a ship with a bunch of drunk women thinking they are really going to get their "facetime" with any of the guys....there will be DRAMA, DRAMA, DRAMA!! And cat fights galore....and if I go, I will most certainly get into one of those...trust me! I am too outspoken to let some one push me around in a crazy environment like that.....just sayin'!
So to all of you women who spend your money for a "once in a lifetime" tour, which they have already done once back in the day, Have fun!!! And I'm soooo sure you will get your one on one time......just like the Meet and Greets....haha....NOT!!!

You're probably right about the drama & the chics thinking it's their one chance to get close to the guys, haha. Plus i checked - it's all sold out anyway.
P.s. anyone who loves Johnny Cooper will never be a true New Yorker, but I hope you have a blast on your trip anyway.
After many hours of obsessing over what the heck was happening with the cruise yesterday...and much lost productivity on the part of the job that would have actually paid for my way on the cruise, I decided not to go cruising either. It really wasn't a money issue, it was more of the thought of being stuck on a boat full of crazed fans who have forgotten that there were adults. I already witnessed that crap at the concerts, and I do not want to spend a couple thousand dollars (with airfare and NKOTB paraphenalia that I was bound to purchase) to be immersed in that situation for 3 days.
I love my boys, but as an adult I've learned to cherish my sanity.
Being an adult and making adult decisions that completely goes against what my inner teenage heart wants is totally annoying! When the heck did that happen?
Huge fan of NY too and was lucky enough to spend a decent amount of time there for work a couple of years ago. Go nuts on your trip! That's the place to do it!
Cindi- YES I CAN!!!!LOL...they play country in NY!!
I second that decision Michelle =)
