Wise Words of Dale Hansen...and a few other things

Today is Friday!! WOOHOO!! Not like I have such a big social life lately but I love my weekends. They are boss and work free! I am leaving around 12pm today to head up to Oklahoma to visit My sister and her family. I am also feeling a bit better....hopefully this cold will be completely gone by Monday.

Audrey(roommate) gets my "Aunt of The Week" award..lol We went to Old Navy and Wal Mart last night looking for a gift for her nephew's 2nd Birthday. And she didn't cut corners in cost and actually got him a few gifts! She bought him an outfit from Old Navy and a Doodle Pro from Walmart. AND she didn't complain about how much she was spending. That's a change for her..lol She even splurged and got her other two nephews a few small things so they wouldn't feel left out. AND she bought wrapping paper and didn't resort to just putting it in the WalMart Bag...haha!! So, for this I applaud her...Job Well Done!!

In other news, Terrell Owens was let go by the Cowboys.....nice!! I am glad his big mouth is finally out of Dallas!! I have watched him for 3 years running his mouth on the sidelines and blame everyone else for losses but found no fault in his own performances. And, last night on the news, Dale Hansen put it best, "It was pouring rain(literally) when Terrell Owens signed his contract. And the day he was let go, the weather was warm and sunny out." And then he goes on to say something about not ever calling him T.O. because in order for him to call someone by a nickname, he has to respect them. And he has no respect for Terrell what so ever. So to him, he will always be Terrell Owens...haha!! I like Dale Hansen because he isn't afraid to say what he really means, so Kudos to him for speaking the truth!!
