It's no secret that I have lacked motivation the past week. I have not really fallen of the healthy eating wagon TOO BAD....but I have had a few cheats. Anyway, that all has to stop again. I need to be COMPLETELY back on track!! I went to walk Towne Lake yesterday with a co-worker, and we walked around it twice instead of just once.
When I got home, I started watching the new season of Biggest Loser......and something hit me. There was a girl on there that was my age, 30, and she weighed 470+ lbs. And Jillian was yelling in her face that she was a quitter and that she was weak...yada, yada. And the girl walked out. Then she took a moment to reflect on what was happening and the chance she was awarded to change her life. She gathered her emotions and went back in, but not with out words from Drill Sargent Jillian...lol
So, I looked at her and thought, if she can do it at 470+ lbs, then I can do it at my size(which is NO WHERE close to that)!! I don't want to end up like her or anyone else who is extremely obese...So, It is back to the exercising for 4-5 days a week. And eating exactly like I was...Now let me clarify, I did not go on some binge for unhealthy food, I just got lazy with cooking dinner. The lunches and everything were exactly what they have been. But instead of steaming my food, I went to Taco Bell and got a bean burrito.....not the best but, I know the calorie count.
So, I found the motivation I need again!! Now, If I can just get Jillian to come and yell in my face everyday...lol
