I have not had any motivation this week. I have been eating healthy still, But I have only worked out twice. And I have been kinda tired too. Don't know if that's from NOT working out or what...I have also had a lingering bit of pain in my thigh that I acquired Tuesday night while jogging on the treadmill.....So, next week I vow to pick it back up to 4-5 days a week work out!! I have not failed, just have taken it easy this week....
