I Am Exhausted......

I went to visit my sister and her family in Oklahoma this past weekend. They live close to Oklahoma city, so it's about 3- 3 1/2 hours away. Not to bad.....I took my mom and niece with me. We went out to eat for my mother's birthday which is today, and left my niece there for the week. She starts school in a few weeks so it will be good for her to get away before then. We got stuck in traffic twice on the way there......for a total of about an hour and 30 minutes extra added onto my drive. But I hardly drive the speed limit so we eventually made it up. At one point, I was singing to my "Grease 2" soundtrack, and looked down and was going about 90! I immediately slowed down.....I can't get another ticket for about 6 months! You can only take defensive driving once in a 12 months period! haha! We went to the mall on Saturday for a bit. I ended up buying a shirt and necklace. Together they only cost me $20...not bad huh? I am still trying to catch up on my sleep....the first night I only slept about 4 hours due to my sleeping arrangements. My mom slept in the guest room and my niece slept on the couch. I was left with the love seat...ugh! But eventually ended up on the floor with couch cushions as a bed!!! Not comfortable at all! We left yesterday around 1:30pm and caught traffic again on the way home for about and hour......and it rained off and on the whole time. I love seeing the Welcome to Texas sign......it means home is only about an hour away. I have been out of town the past two weekends, so this weekend I am relaxing........
