Day 3....So far, so good. I have been really good going by my guidelines I have set for myself...no cheating. I have even been cooking for dinner!!
A friend told me about a website called SparkPeople.com....It's like a Facebook for Weight loss and encouragement. I joined yesterday...and I love it!! It allows me to track my food intake and calories on a form....so I don't have to keep up with a notebook all the time. It also has recipes, exercise tips, groups you can join, and just words of encouragement.
I have also tried to drink more water. I am not a big drinker...never have been. I can order a Dr. Pepper( or anything else) and not finish it. So I am making an effort to at least get 4 of the 8 recommended glasses a day and work myself up. I must say yesterday I drank one so fast I didn't feel good afterwards. But, I can do it!! That's what has been going on....
I will try not to make all of my posts about my lifestyle change but this is new, so just stick with me and I will get back to posting random stuff in between.

That's how I was about the drinking. I never drank that much fluids anyhow. Making myself drink all that water was tough. I know I pee a whole lot more now...ugh!
