I have spent the better part of the day researching new recipes, ideas, for my healthier eating. I am becoming bored with some of my dinner options. And instead of faltering, I am trying to come up with things to cook.
I found some really good recipes from Hungry-Girl.com....She uses Fiber One Cereal alot for crust and coating....pureed in a food processor of course. But she has some really good ideas, and gives you ideas on low calories foods that are coming out in stores or have been out a while. She takes the work out of it for you! And she gives you the nutritional value AND Weight Watchers points, if that is what you are on.
I also found another site that helps with dining out. It is called Healthydiningfinder.coom.....You put in your price range and the city,state you live in and it rounds up options. Now, it doesn't have all restaurants in your area or surrounding areas....but it has some major ones. You can also print out a form to hand to the Manager of your favorite restaurant, so they can provide their info on the site. They need people to do that to build up their database faster.
