The Weekend

I took a last minute trip to visit my sister in Oklahoma. I wanted to catch a t-ball game that my nephew was playing in, and it was on a Friday evening which is unusual. Anyway, I made the trek to Oklahoma...My eating habits were pretty much on target...not much of a change there. I was actually really proud of myself for eating out 3 or so times and still being sensible about the calories and servings.

Saturday evening, we went to eat Mexican food(picked by my nephew.) We got there and the wait was 40-45 minutes. My BIL, Bryce, was "starving"...so went to eat PIZZA!!! HE picked that because he knew it wouldn't be packed....so I had a few small pieces of cheese pizza. But I didn't have any breakfast that day and only 1 of my snacks for the day. So, that's how I justified it...I didn't really have a choice..lol...And I don't eat salad so that wasn't an option. But that was the only mishap I really had, if that's what you want to call it.

I got home Sunday afternoon and went grocery shopping to start of my new week =)....I got a few new things...I found some Crystal Light Popsicles(15 cal. and no sugar). I haven't tried them yet but I am excited to...and I traded in my 100 cal fat free pudding for some Sugar Free Jello Rice Pudding(70 cal.)...I am excited to try that too!!

Most things that are sugar free these days are sweetened with Splenda...and if they are not, then you can't really tell much of a difference...Sugar Free isn't bad!
