Last night, I ate out for the first time since I started my transformation. I researched the menus online before I made a choice. I chose Panera Bread. It's right by the apt and on my way home. I had a 12oz. bowl of Low Fat Chicken Noodle Soup and a Whole Grain baguette. That whole meal was only 400 calories!! After dinner, I waited about an hour and a half and treated myself with a Fat Free Jello Pudding cup. I am learning to wait a bit after I eat and then If I want something else, I can have a sugar free jell-o for 10 calories or a Fat Free Jello Pudding for 100 calories...and which one I pick is determined by how many calories I have left for the day.
I am going groceries shopping again this weekend...hopefully I will add more options to my weekly menu!!
