I jogged in intervals last night on the treadmill!!!!! AND I didn't hurt my ankle!!!! Now, I don't want to get to over confident, but I am so proud of myself. I have never been a runner because 1.) I don't really like it, 2.) I can roll my ankle at the drop of a hat, 3.) I have always been chunky and thought it was too hard.
But those are just excuses, I now realize. I can do it I just have to be careful....And I am pretty sure there is a 5k Walk/Run in my future before the end of the year. Both of my sisters want to do one so I think we are all doing one together!!!
